Standard HTTP status codes, and a JSON body that says what to do.

200OKThe request worked.

400bad_requestThe body is not valid JSON, or a required field is missing.

401invalid_keyMissing, wrong or revoked key.

403pausedYour partner account is paused. Open a ticket at /support.

404not_foundNo such endpoint.

405method_not_allowedUse the method shown in the reference.

422invalid_*A parameter is not allowed, for example a page not on a program's site.

429rate_limitedDaily limit reached. See rate limits.

500server_errorOur fault. It is logged and we are told. Retry after a minute.
